Discovery & Strategy
Scoping the right problem before committing engineering time to it.
From a rough idea to a shipped product, without cutting corners on the parts that make it work.

Before a line of code gets written, we scope the problem: what the product needs to do, who it's for, and what constraints actually shape the build. That scoping phase turns a rough idea into a build plan engineering can start on with confidence.
Depending on the size of the project that might mean a full discovery phase — user interviews, journey mapping, a technical audit of what you already run — or a tighter two-week scoping sprint. What it never means is starting to build before we agree what we're building.

Design and engineering work in the same sprint, not in a handoff queue. You see working software early and often, so direction gets corrected in weeks, not discovered after a quarter-long build.
Every sprint ends with something you can click, a short written update, and a clear decision point. Nothing moves forward on an assumption, and you always know what you're signing off and why.

Every project is different, and some call for a more specialist approach. No handoffs to a subcontractor mid-build — every discipline a product needs lives on the same team, working from the same context. If something you need isn't listed here, it's always worth asking.
